Outlook Microsoft Email

anyone know anything about Microsoft Outlook Email?
Everytime I go to send an email, it doesn’t just send it to the address that I typed in, it sends it to all the addresses in my email box. Is there just some setting that I need to reset in order to get it back to the way it is supposed to be?
When you open the Compose page in Microsoft Outlook, click on TO.
Look to the right and Click on Address Book. From the drop down menu, click on Contacts. This will open your entire address book. Click on the name you wish to send to, then click in the Send or To box. Do this for each name you wish to send an email to.
