URGENT PLS How can I fix a computer that…?

How can I fix a computer that
gets this message at startup and does not let me boot into the OS. The
system is running XP home edition. The message “A problem is preventing
windows from accurately checking the license for this computer error code
0×80090006. I’ve have gone to the MS Windows XP embedded technical FAQ and
read the message but I don’t know any thing about runtime or target
designer?
