I forgot my Vista Admin Password but still logged in?

Leaving my computer on for long periods at a time now seems like a bad idea as I have forgotten my password however I am still logged as admin. I have all privileges so I am not limited in anyway but now I can’t log out in fear of not getting back in. Any way for me to find my password?

just go to control panel , user accounts, and delete the admin password.
